Hi all,
So about two weeks ago I told you guys I got this Lorac palette from ULTA. It's was $20 and well worth every penny. I used some of the colors without a base and some with a base. I found when I used a base it kept the shadow on longer. I use all the colors as you maybe able to see in the photo. If you follow me on Instagram and keek you already know. For those readers that don't follow me. What are you waiting for? @makeupbyladwina
I used the brown color all the way on the left for my crease color. It's the perfect redish brow color that blends with any eyeshadow color.
Now I need to get my life together and get the Lorac Pro palette. I'm so loving the pigment of there eyeshadow.
I hope you guys Enjoyed this mini review. If you get a chance. Go get some shadows by Lorac. You'll love them!!!
Talk to you guys soon!!

First thoughts on the Lorac Glogetter palette!
Hi all!! Long time no talk. I won't take up too much time I just wanted to share my first thoughts with you guys.
This palette caught my eye inUlta yesterday because the colors alone are fantastic. They floored me and I just had to have it. I wasn't sure about the quality but I figured the price was rite at $20 for 10 "highend" eyeshadows.
If you follow me on Instagram and Keek then you already know but for those of you you don't. Ill share the love with you.
I first started with the crease color and I used the brown matte shadow to help transition and blend other eyeshadows. Usually (mostly always) I use an eyeshadow from M.A.C. This is the first time I used all colors from one single palette. Usually the colors are too dark or too ashy! This one is perfect. Then on the lid I used the very pretty bluish/purple shadow and as. Highlight I used the shimmery shadow at the bottom rite of the palette. Know I'm waiting to see how it last. Ill keep you guys posted. With more look from this palette. I'm determined to use all the colors.
Below are photos of the look I did today. Enjoy!!

I'm on Essence.com
Hi Beauties!!!
Yesterday October 24th 2012 I got off work as usual and checked my emails......business as usual. I Thought it was rather odd I had over 100 emails. I checked my facebook page and saw a message that said. Congratulations on being on Essence.com. I thought It was spam so I ignored it.....Then my friend Rachel Odem posted our picture congratulating me so I had to check into it. Sure enough, I find out Ive made the top beauty gurus on YouTube. Follow the link here to read more and congratulate the rest of the YouTube gurus as well.
When I started making YouTube videos I had no idea where it would go. I just wanted to share what I learn and it helps me practice more. I love what I do. I appreciate the love and support from whom ever watches and learn from me. I'm so honored to be in the top 50 with most of my favorite YouTube gurus. Unbelievable.
So my goal now is to find my adaptor to my camera so I can bang out more video for you guys. I miss it BAD!!! Thanks for all the love and support and I hope you continue to watch learn and share.
If you are new to my page you can check out more of my tutorials here.
Until the next post....xoxoxoxoxox

Co-wash
Hello dolls. Long time no talk. Lots has been going on in my life since I last made a post.
Make a long story short, we moved about a month and a half ago and I'm still in the process of getting organized. I have misplaced the cords to my video camera so I won't be posting videos any time soon 👎😢
However I will be randomly posting makeup looks and my hair product journey.
With that said. Today I co-washed my hair and just wanted to share my personal hair experience. What better way to start?
I'm sure some of you are wondering...what is co-wash? Co-wash is simply washing your hair with conditioner. This is best If you have natural hair. It leaves my hair very moisturized and hydrated. I'm not a fan if shampoos because wether it is sulfate free or not, shampoo makes my hair feel very dry. "That's that mess I don't like" lol
Moving on........the conditioner I decided to use today is by AG. I used the (curl) line or the recoil conditioner. I like using conditioners that are for curls.
Enjoy the pics below and stay tuned as I finish this bottle and keep you posted on my thoughts on wether I would buy it again!!!
I would love to here your thoughts and thanks for reading. Unroll the next post ✌😊

Smashbox BBCream (Review)
About a month or two ago I bought the BBCream by Smashbox. Its te newest thing in makeup these days. If you don't know or have not heard of BB cream. Ill give you a little back ground.
BBCream stand for Blemish Balm or Blemish Base. It began mainly in East & Southeast Asia. It was originally formulated in Gernmany by a dermatologist named Dr. Christine Schrammek in thge 1950's It was initially used to protect skin after laser procedures and surgery while alos providing light coverage.
BBCreams come in a variety of different formulation and qulities maily perceived as being anti-inglammatory and haveing a soothing effect. In my opinion this BBcream is gream for its multil tasking all in one properties such as -Moisturizer, primer, foundation, and sunblock. It retails for about $40 and I think its well worth it. you ony need a little and it goes a long way.
This is the only BB cream I have used because this is the only shade that comes in Dark that I know of. I really recomend this product and would love for you to share your thoughts. Hope you enjoyed this review.

The Chicago Makeup Show "Preview"
Hi guys.
So, I had the opportunity of going to the Blogger preview show Saturday (June 16).
I was invited by http://www.makeupbyrachelo.com/
Esthetician, beauty blogger and good friend. I had already bought my ticket for the show for Monday, so I was in shock that I had a chance to go twice.
When we walked, in MUA James Vincent was on stage speaking. I didn't recognize him at first but I new he looked very familiar. Then I remembered, I new him from some YouTube videos I recently watched. He was very funny and very knowledgeable.
On top of me just being happy to be there. I almost fell off my chair when I saw what was in the goodie bag that was given. "yes....goodie bag". Me being the makeup lover I am.......I wanted to run around in circles screaming and jumping up and down. But, I didn't want to embarrass myself....or Rachel. Lol. So I kept my cool to make sure I'm invited back. 😉
Me, James Vincent and Rachel Odem
I met one of my favorite teaching MUA's, Jennifer James. OMG!! I was so excited to meet her. If your not familiar with Jen James. You should google her and find out more about her. She is known for making your brows perfect. When I went to meet her. I introduced myself and I was super shocked she new me. Me "hiiii, nice to meet you. My name is Ladwina". Jen "Ladwina Holmes?" Me "yes!!!". Jen "Oh my Gosh, Huge Hug". It's so nice to meet you" Me, uuuurrrrr?????? WHAT???? I was done. That was pretty damn shocking to me. I was too done. I can not wait until Monday. I'm sure I'll meet more MUA I'm a fan if. And I can't wait.
