URBAN DECAY LOVES NYC PALETTE
Top Row from left to right: PRPERVERSION, UZI, LOADED, KUSH
Second row from left to right: MIDNIGHT COWBOY RIDES AGAIN, LAST CALL, ROCKSTAR, MONEY
Third row row from left to right: HAIGHT, MAUI, WOWIE, SMOG, BORDELLO
Fourth row: RADIUM, SNATCH, SUSPECT, PSYCHEDELIC SISTER

15 Year Anniversary palette
Left side from Top to Bottom: MIDNIGHT RODEO, MIDNIGHT 15, VANILLA, FLOW, CHASE
Middle row from Top to Bottom: TAINTED, JUNKSHOW, OMEN, EVIDENCE, DEEP END
Right side from Top to Bottom: DEEPER, M.I.A., ACE, BLACKOUT, HALF TRUTH

These are all of the urban decay palettes I own.  So I can only compare what I have so far.  if you have the naked palette and you are not a color person...there is no need to get this palette.  If you have the NYC palette then yes......you need to get this palette.  The lighter shades in all the palettes are very similar but still different in there own ways.  some has more gold tones some has more champagne undertones.  All shades in the 15 year palette you can kind of dupe in the naked palette and a few in the UD <3's NYC palette.  If you take out the middle row you have another naked palette with slightly different shades.  I swatches from all three palettes to compare.  The photos aren't the best but maybe you can still see the comparison......

The top row is all of the lighters colors in the 15 year palette: MIDNIGHT RODEO, MIDNIGHT 15, VANILLA, FLOW, AND CHASE
The middle swatches are the lighter colors in the NAKED palette: VIRGIN, SIN, AND SIDECAR
The bottom row are the lighter shades in the NYC palette: UZI, MIDNIGHTCOWBOY RIDES AGAIN AND MAUI WOWIE

You can see some of the darker shades are similar as well.  Some may have a little more gold and bronze, and some of the grey/silver shades are slimier.

The top row is the 15 year palette: DEEPER, M.I.A., ACE
The middle row is the UD NYC palette: SMOG AND SUSPECT
The bottom (if you can see it :-/ ) From the NAKED palette: HALF BAKED, DARK HORSE, HUSTLE, CREEP, AND GUNMETAL

I just wanted to compare the black.  At the top is PERVERSION.  Its a matte black eyeshadow and is a permanent color of Urban Decay.  The Bottom shade is BLACOUT from the 15 year palette.  You can see how much more black it is.  I hope this becomes a permanent color as well.

Urban Decay 15 year Anniversary palette!

So, I couldn't wait for this palette to come out.  It took me a long tome to figure out weather I wanted to spend $55 for a box of eye shadows.  Once I saw it in person, hands down I had to have it.  For the most part I think these are colors that I don't have in my eyeshadow collection.  And I have a bunch of eye shadows.  In the past 6months.  When I bought my first Urban Decay (UD) palette, I was hooked.  I don't usually buy the eye shadows separately because I get more for my money in a palette.  One UD eyeshadow is $17.  My UD <3 NYC palette was $45 and it had 16 shadows in it and it came with a double sided eyeliner.....with a little primer potion.  So I thought that was an awesome deal.

Any way.....sorry i went off track.....This is the 15year Anniversary of Urban Decay so this is a limited addition.  Not sure if any of theses will be a permanent color or not.  So....with all of that said.  Below i have swatch all the colors from the palette with NO primer.  just bare skin.  These pictures are with no flash because the flash washed out the colors..  Even so.....if you can make it to a Ulta store to check it out in person.........do it.  The colors are very vibrant and unique.  Ill be using this allot......

This is the left side of the palette.
From Top to Bottom: MIDNIGHT RODEO, MIDNIGHT 15, VANILLA, FLOW, CHASE

This is the middle row of the palette.
From top to Bottom: TAINTED, JUNKSHOW, OMEN, EVIDENCE, DEEP END

This is the Right side of the palette.
From Top to Bottom: DEEPER, M.I.A. ACE, BLACKOUT, HALF TRUTH

I have yet to play with these colors so.  Tutorials coming up.  If you have any request for specific looks of the palette feel free to let me know and I will do all I can to make it happen.  Hope this is helpful.  xoxoxox ;-)

Beauty on a Budget!

Hello Beauties!!!
If you follow me on Twitter, or watch me on Youtube then you already know I have been loving the BSS (Beauty Supply Store).  I have no problem at all trying drugstore, beauty supply store, what ever store eyeshadow.  When the colors are bright they just call my name....OMG!  The beautiful sound.  So, now I will show you guys what I got in the past week or so.  I just pick up things here and there so.  I hope you like this as I will be adding to it when i get something new.  Thanks much!!!

This is the KLEANCOLOR 02 Poetic palette.  I applied these shadows with a skin tone cream e/s base.  Love the consistency of them I had success with the green and purple shadow and I can't wait to see what looks I can come up with :-)

THE ABOVE PICTURE IS WITH A FLASH

THE ABOVE PICTURES IS WITH NATURAL LITE NO FLASH

These I have yet to try.  love the texture very blend able ....Ill keep you guys posted....;-)

So.....i really can't wait to play with this palette.  The colors are so smooth and pigmented....love it.  I used a skin tone, cream e/s base and the colors came out beautifully.  Keep you posted on looks coming soon.

So with this being he first time using this palette.  It wasn't a total disappointment.  I would have liked the colors to be more vibrant but other than that they blend pretty well.  I think this would be great for beginners.

This is the KLEANCOLOR American Eyedol eyeshadows.  I came across these just yesterday.  They are Wet/Dry Baked shadows.  They are $1.49 each..... <3 Awesome.  I swatch them for you.  I forgot the picture of one but have all of the swatches.  From left to right No base, Base and Wet with no base.

So in swatching them I find I like them better dry with a base.  I got a chance to play around with them a big so far, they last pretty well.  The texture is matte of course but I find them easy to blend.  Ill be doing more looks with these and will be sure to post pics for you guys.

This is two of the shadows.  On the inner 3rd is Matte Fuschia and the purple is the Matte purple.  The liner is a cream liner by Ruby kisses called Green Shimmer.  On the outer crease is a dark purple plum color by M.A.C.
